Exercise after Prolapse
An evening of information and practical exercises you can do from home to help feel more comfortable in your body and progress your fitness.
We will cover symptoms of prolapse, how to be diagnosed and where to find that support alongside practical exercises you can do at home to support your day to day activities and whatever sport you wish to do going forwards.
We will also discuss what exercises are good and which to modify and how to modify them during exercise.
