Available either in person or via video link you can have a totally tailored approach to suit your needs at a time that suits you.
These sessions are totally unique to you and your body and come with their own unique online programme for practice outside of the sessions. You can complete 1:1 sessions either weekly, fortnightly or monthly as goals and budgets dictate. These sessions also include nutritional support if you'd like to include that too
Sessions cost £42 a session, no minimum sign up. I ask for 24 hours of cancellation for any session to avoid charge

"Opened new business - henlow vets over last month and have been very busy...lifting boxes and furniture. Met Jo in reception and found out what she id for a living. Literally in the next few days i was in agony with my pelvis! I had trouble carrying ny last child and obviously had hurt myself with manual labour! Jo contacted me straight away...she was very flexible ith fitting in with my schedule even though she works and has a family too. Jo came over and i was sobbing with pain and on constant pain relief. I havent taken a single tablet since she left! She spent along time with me discussing my situation and working out the best plan for my body. She taught me exercises and monitored me through them and left me with a fab app that details them all...so i dont have to remember! Its a good log system too for yourself.
